He gave yellow cards for things that wouldnât have been frees in Galway. Loughgiel are very limited hurlers they just play for frees Thomasâs will be kicking themselves.
I think that game will bring St Thomas on, they may have missed a lot of chances but maybe that was nerves and they shouldnât be there to as great an extent the next day. They certainly look a better team than Loughgiel.

I heard that on RTE last week, unbelievable. I rewound it on Sky Plus to make sure I heard it correctly. They then went on to refer to him as âAdam Watsonâ a second time in the report which was compiled by Eamonn Horan I think.
FFS itâs not some junior B hurler, he is one of the best players in the country. Not that hard to get his name right.
yeah terrible standard of reporting really - referred to him as Adam on numerous occasions. The amount of times reporters get Rory and Ross OâCarroll from Dublin mixed up is shocking too especially the paper journalists. I dont now how they will manage with the 5 or 6 Burkes playing with St Thomas!!
I thought he was known as âBiscuitsâ???!! Bit of headbanger but in a nice kind of way. The pants he had on in the nets today were a bit mad! What happened him i wonder? I can imagine he was jumping around like a lunatic after the goal and ended up getting a skelp.

Good game that. Never thought I would want to see a team with Cake and Frankie Dolan win but itâs nice to see someone else in the final apart from Crossmaglen constantly.
They didnât show the incident that led to the red card, Iâm guessing Curran went OTT with the celebrations for the match winning goal and got a puck off the Crossmaglen lad in return.
Crossmaglen have won enough, I think the whole country is sick of them being so successful at this stage (like Kilkenny) which is probably a great compliment to them.
Seeing that lad in goal for bridgids is making me think of coming out of retirement.
