Iā€™m at work. Better off saving my days for afterwards.

whats the story in ireland these days, can you take a couple of days after a child is born not as part of annual vacation?
In Israel you can take 2, i took a week off, was glad to get back to work after a week really as she needs space with he mother and whateverā€¦ its breastfeeding every 3 hours then, we started him on bottles i remember as well after about 2 weeks to supplement the breast milk, this is an absolute disaster as youā€™ll be getting up at 2 am, 5 am to make the shaggin bottleā€¦
i was wrecked for the first 5 or 6 weeks but after a bit you just get into it, must be very hard for lads with a job and new born kid to play sport at a high level, dunno how the likes of say eoghan o gara does itā€¦ maybe he isnt working thoā€¦ as soon as im home im with him, we factor in training, going out, etc on alternate nights

Hopefully 6 weeks or so Juhy. All going fairly well so far thankfully.

Iā€™m not sure what entitlement I have to paternity leave. I have fuck loads of annual leave that Iā€™ll never use anyways so Iā€™m not too bothered.

2 days entitlement in my current company. As far as I know the UK based guys get 2 weeks?
