Just another 18-2o years to go.
What names did you choose for the new arrivals, @TreatyStones and @Ebeneezer Goode?
- fucking 1
Once they are out of nappies it is plain sailing for a few years I think
Then they start drinking and pissing in wardrobes
Absolutely. You donât want Kev to be finding out you changed to bottles too early. Or if you do, at least make sure itâs fennel tea and goats milk.

Whatever you do donât give her the habit of sleeping in the bed with ye.
Dead right. Thats what got you in this mess in the first place.
regarding bottles , after id say 4 weeks we had to begin supplementing the breastmilk with baby formula.
so every 3 hours if she was breastfeeding it would be a bottle of 60ml or of she didnt breastfeed it would be 90ml.
Muggins here then would get a jab in the back at 2am each night, and be informed, " im just breastfeeding him 10 mins either side and then you can make the bottle"⌠at 5am , âim not going to breastfeed now can you make a bottle of 90ml,â cue me stumbling out to the kitchen to mix materna, cornflour and a mixture of hot and cold boiled water⌠this continued for about 3-4 months⌠nightmare
boom !!!
will there be boos here for the israeli guy getting his medal?
no

I just used make up a bottle at bedtime and stick it under the duvet. Perfect temperature then whenever the snappers woke up. Saves a long cold soul destroying trek downstairs.
thatâs good thinking, id be spilling the water and everything often id be so fucked
Our little fella still gets three bottles. He cant have any solids as he has no teeth. Well, he probably has teeth but his gums are enlarged as part of his condition and they cant break through. He gets a bottle between 4am and 5 am. He has serious sleep issues despite being on a sedative. I get on average about 4 hours sleep a night. He would start off in his cot but would move in bed next to me by about 11.30pm.
would you not be afraid youâd roll over on top of the fella fenners? im scared shitless of that, also we had some nurse here telling us that as we are exhaling Co2 it could suffocate him, that now is a bit far fetched
His mum is in another room. He is only the size of a 4 month old and I have him on one half of the bed. To be honest, I like being close to him. He wakes about every 30-40 minutes. It sounds tough but you just get into a routine.
Wife is gone for a lie down, baby is sitting her in the crib beside me gurgling away, while I have a beer and watch the Athletics. Winning.
Great times mate. All the tiredness in the world is worth it.
I know mate, still think they should have the Europeans every year though.
thatâs right pal, youâre winningâŚ
