News of this is just reaching me but a new Miss Ireland was crowned last night in the Crowne Plaza Northwood, I knew this as I happen to know one of the girls. However each of the 26 counties were represented but there were 27 contestants. Youāll never guess which county had 2 representativesā¦Kilkenny of all places. A miss Kilkenny ( the radiant Niamh de Brun) AND a miss Kilkenny City. I couldnāt tell you who represented Kilkenny City, probably Jackie Tyrell
