The Official TFK Table Quiz Thread

As many as forking over money !

How many questions? 8 rounds with 10 questions per round?

Jesus Iā€™m tempted to head down for that if I can rustle up a couple of bodies from around.

Exactly ya. Let me know if you are going and Iā€™ll make sure they have a full round of questions on Munster rugby

Will be disappointed if I donā€™t get at least 8 of them right.

Whoā€™s setting the questions? Is it going to be a decent mix of sports or heavily leaning towards certain ones do you know?

Local legend Michael ā€œBomberā€ Griffin is the quiz master. Heā€™s a sports fanatic so Iā€™d say there should be a broad enough range, but youā€™d imagine there will be a lot of GAA & Soccer.

Iā€™ll burn the pub down if he tries anything like that

Or ā€¦What made the 1946 and 1947 Cup Finals uniquie apart from the contesting teams

I saw that he was quizmaster, is he actually setting the questions too? Heā€™s big into the dogs too, isnā€™t he?

Although if heā€™s going to be pulling shit like Boxty mentioned, Iā€™m out.

To be fair to Bomber, I wouldnā€™t think its his style.

I am hoping to make it out too

Stick up a few of the questions here on Saturday morning once the hangover subsides.

Be sure to say hello, Iā€™ll be with the small fella

A few of them are laughable for a serious sports quiz.

Great stuff.

My guesses.

  1. Jack Kennedy
  2. Donā€™t know.
  3. Donā€™t know.
  4. Donā€™t know.
  5. Jon Rahm.
  6. Darren Sutherland.
  7. Peter Casey.
  8. Should know this one, recognise him. Zambrotta? Eamonn Zayed?

I think 2 is Caster Semenya?

3 Peyton Manning

Was going to say a young, chubby Danny Rose but you could be right about Semenya.
