It’s not a proper british open. Its dry but not dry enough that they can’t stop it on the greens.
These owl links courses are completely exposed by the pros when they don’t have the cover of bad weather.

Yeah the rough isn’t giving it enough protection.
The green keepers will be out for revenge tomorrow. Tough pin positions everywhere I’d say. I’d imagine scoring will be very different.
Lowry wont win or be near but he was great today, great to see an Irish man step it up when he was up agin it.
The McIlroy fascination is starting to feel a bit uncomfortable, he’s just not the player he was. Give him a break FFS.
As an aside, Nick Dougherty is a very all-right sort in my opinion. Very good broadcaster - seems like a good egg. Hard yards to fill 12/14 hours.
