Boiled eggs. Hard to get texture right and faffing around with shells trying to eat them. Poached, scrambled or fried walk all over the cunts.

Bullshit - just buy one of the timers you throw in the pot and they come out exactly as expected.

Egg mayo is the job

You need to get yourself one of these bad boys…the boiled egg is a top class food item

Put in cold water. Bring to boil and turn down heat and leave for 2 and a half minutes.

It’s not hard if I can do it.

We used to have one of them growing up every Sunday after Mass. We ate them and thought ourselves lucky.

Can depend on the age, size and source of the egg. A free range egg from your own or a neighbour’s coop might take a slight bit longer as it’s likely to be larger in size than the supermarket bought ones.

Can’t bate a bit of egg mayo with spring onion

Between two slices of fresh sliced pan

A slice of turkey on a bit of brown bread would be my preference.

Ham works too

Ah hear (here)

The most complete food you can get.

I have 3 a day… hard to believe up to a few year’s ago people believed eggs were full of cholesterol.

However, in true tfk fashion i do have a quirk… i generally cant ate eggs done by strangers. Scrambled yes… but there’s something about a fried or poached egg that i just cant ate if cooked by randomers. Dont ask me, it just is what it is.

Yer man Peterson ate nothing but red meat and it did wonders for him.

The Brother can’t look at an egg.
You see an egg is a living thing.
Rashers, ham, fish, anything you like to mention – he’ll eat them all and ask for more.
But he can’t look at an egg…

Small saucepan.
Half fill with water and bring to boil.
Pop in 2 eggs.
Allow boil for 7 minutes.
Add 30 seconds for luck.
Perfection. Neither hard or runny.
Brown soda bread with Kerrygold butter.

This is the closest I can get atm.
