Now Estonian football is quite shit but they still made it to a Euros playoff that time Ireland beat them.
Getting that money put into the grass roots elements in coaches, facilities etc is the best use of that money for Shams. Once they have those structures in place they can really prosper. Hopefully the Brexit transfer rules aid Irish clubs in this regard.

There are a lot of Russians in Tallinn - possibly 40% of the population if memory serves me correctly. However I think the dominant language is Estonian.
