Someone set up a poll there.

When will Croke Park be open to full capacity again?

Those cunts are going to steal your whole life from you.

They’ll live long happy wealthy lives with their kids and families and big state salaries. You’ll waste your entire youth stuck inside watching the Late Late Show. They’ll be dead and gone but you’ll never get your best years back.

The only thing it will be full with is bodies after the 3rd wave.

Rise up
When you’re living on your knees, you rise up
Tell your brother that he’s gotta rise up
Tell your sister that she’s gotta rise up

When are these colonies gonna rise up? (Whoa, whoa)
When are these colonies gonna rise up? (Whoa)
When are these colonies gonna rise up? (Whoa)
When are these colonies gonna rise up?

they are literally stealing the young peoples best years of their life, no college, no drinking, no drugs, no sex, no parties, stay at home and watch the goddamn Munster hurling final from 2004 for the 170th time, its absolutely disgraceful what is going on and even worse that the people are sitting there taking it

Young people are disillusioned tassotti.

All the majors like the Jazz Weekend in Cork/Dingle for New Years/Galway Races/ Kinsale 7s all gone.

Its insanity.

We need the young people to pay the interest on the money borrowed to pay people to hide under the bed

What baffles me is parents of children going to school seem to be happy enough to go along with this charade of children in school with no sports/no extra curricular activities/school tours etc, cant mix with anyone outside their ‘pod’.

There is children who started 1st year this September who cant make friends and barely recognize the faces of their classmates.

Its some joke.

If you’re in your 40s and have young kids to put through school/college, ferry them to matches, provide them with the latest toys/clothes and going out money etc - your life is done. Lockdowns don’t impact these people anymore. What else would they be doing anyway?

You’d think they’d want their children to have a proper childhood rather than merely exist. Go off on school trips/matches/birthday parties/etc

Having a get together now for a childs birthday or communion nowadays is seen as sacrilege.

Is the Cumann na mBunscoile even going ahead this year? Post Primary is definitely off.

What is PE like at Primary/Secondary School these days?

That’s it once your married and have kids your life in terms of living is over.

It aint much fun being single in your 40s when all your mates are playing house with their daughters or abusing referees at an u6s match … there’s only so many pints a fella can drink during the week for some company.

Kids are expensive, particularly in todays world.

Once you have one, then unless you’re some trust fund baby, your primary function is to provide for them and that means financially but also your weekends, evenings are sacrificed to ferry them about and that. Some people are quite lucky in they fob them off to the grandparents and that but in cases other than those you have ceased to enjoy your life - you’re now a servant.

So I can see why middle class, middle aged people don’t really care that much about lockdowns. It’s the youth who feel the full brunt of it.

It’s also the youth who’ll be taxed to death for the rest of their lives to pay for all of this.

and then the showers will come on…

It’s not but I haven’t given up on love yet.

There’s a 30 year old cracker out there waiting for me and I still have a good head of dark hair and a great body but Covid is robbing me of my last few relevant years.
