He did mate. But he tried. Id say it would take some seismic event to shift the rules with the fat trough filled beaks in the courts though. A sliding scale on payments that means they get paid less every time they adjourn or defer for some pissy reason would speed up the courts no end.

If I’m not mistaken it was a condition imposed by the Troika, so I don’t give him any credit for taking it on. He did however make a hames of it and wasted a once in a generation opportunity.
