I haven’t followed the case…am i right in saying that the weak point in her case is that her partner could possibly have been the one who knocked her about, and that the weak point in Mcgregor’s case is that hes obviously got some lackey to lie for him?
Mcgregor’s character is what it is, but that was apparent long before he met the complainant. Maybe karma will get him, in the end. Long runs the fox etc.

Cant remember exactly… i think there’s 30 minutes of footage from the hotel of her as she’s leaving . In some of this she’s kissing maca and lowro. She’s doing the victory dance and she’s on her phone googling/ texting.

I could be mixing my time lines here and she may not have sent a text claiming rape until she left the hotel… @Mac Will have to clarify.

I think hes suggesting that the jury considers which is more likely, and use this to guide their verdict:
a) Ms Hand concocted the story in order to explain herself to her boyfriend
Or
b) Mcgregor and Lawrence concocted a story to obscure what had happened
