• you are ignoring all the evidence the defence could have brought. Like cctv footage etc. The dpp doesnt ignore that stuff.
• You have literally no idea or experience of what it takes to succeed with a prosecution of rape. Nor do any of us.

1. I’ve not ignored anything else, I’ve said a number of times that her testimony plus the medical evidence alone should have been enough to take the case regardless of anything else. I don’t know how I can make that any clearer for you. I agree this is ultimately a matter of opinion.

I’m just curious to be honest. I can’t remember one as cut and dried as this but then I’ve not followed other cases as closely as this. Still a mystery for me why she included him in the claim when both herself and DNA evidence showed it didn’t happen.
