Could I insist that only legal experts such as @artfoley respond on this specific point please? I know this is a safe space & it’s nice to share viewpoints & even engage in rigorous debate but we had one poster predicting that Ms Hand would receive €5mn in damages last week without regard to the judge’s guidance to the jury. Let’s leave this to people like fooley with specialist knowledge in the legal field.
