News of Mr Lawrenceās criminal complaint comes a day after it emerged that Ms Hand is writing a book about her ordeal.
The book - Not the Perfect Victim - will mark the first time Nikita has spoken about everything since the major High Court case.
In a statement publishers Hachette Ireland said it is proud to announce the book which they said is āa courageous and groundbreaking book by Nikita Hand.ā
āThis is a singular story of survival, truth telling and unflinching personal bravery.ā
The book, which is available for pre order, is due to be released on September 22nd this year. It is co-written with Kathryn Rogers.
