The Rugby Thread (Part 1)

Small bit of an over reaction maybe. I’d be delighted to see Cullen go tbh. He’s exactly the steady hand they need.

Matt O Connor will be watching on with baited breath.

Leinster came up against the Llanelli Wall and didn’t prove their puissance in battle brave . There is a refusal in their fan base to see the problem . Too many sitting on the fence here.

Matt o connor is preparing for the premiership semi final tomorrow I doubt he gives much of a fuck.

He did when he had his livelihood taken from him and was fucked out on his ear, for doing fuck all wrong a few year ago. Of course he cares. I bet he has a little smile tonight when he gets wind of that result.

Gatland went onto better things, but we all know he still cares about the shafting he got.

You took the sacking of the Australian very badly! I wouldn’t have much sympathy for many coaches at that level they all know the score. And he’s as big a mercenary as any of the players you mentioned.

He was never going to be the man to bring through all those young players anyway. Too conservative.

Ospreys will get a right boost out of that result now :hushed:

MOC got a raw deal, simple as that.

I blame Stuart Lancaster.

That’s the finest Llanelli win since they beat New Zealand in 1973, or at least since they beat Neath in the Swalec Cup final in 1988 cc: @mickee321.

Or try the Llanelli win over world champions Australia in 1992.

The Munster of Wales, without the self-congratulation.

Without the self congratulation. And the trophies

Don’t worry mate. If they ever won anything the self congratulation would follow. V quickly

Munster beat Australia in 1992 but it was an entirely second string Australia team.

Llanelli beat an almost full strength Australia.

Fantastic club. I was in strady parc on several occasions and attended Simon easterbys testimonial at the new ground. The move there was a terrible decision. It’s a nice shiny stadium but zero atmosphere.

They always play great style of rugby and took some big scalps away from home over the years in the European cup. A classic away win against Toulouse sticks in the mind. Lack of consistency their Achilles heel. The list of top class players they produced is unreal.

Louis had no choice but to sell Milltown, Rovers were only getting about 600 at each home game back then.

He did his best for the club and the fans stabbed him in the back.

I think you’ll find Munster have 0 Swalec Cups.

Hoops is a tremendous name for a night club.

Frankie Skelly signs off his Thomond Parklife with a try

Irish international Andy Conway continuing to mug off @gilgamboa

Then footsoldiers will be on the road next weekend again.

To be fair, you’d want to be a bitter hateful bastard to begrudge seeing that team of players lift silverware this season.
