The School, College & University Competitions Thread (another thread gone west)

The point being*, Davy has fuck all input into whether lads play or not for their college, and it’s hardly a two fingers up to him when they do.

*ballhopping aside

Can you read? They are clearly two separate matters. One of which concerns Davy Fitzgerald and the other which has nothing to do with him.

Is that clear enough for you?

I wouldn’t agree entirely. He certainly has a major input into who plays for LIT.

Kelly & McInerney (I believe) had similar injuries and were unable to play for Clare v Cork. I know that it hasn’t gone down well in certain quarters that they both togged for UL yesterday.

settle down, i see now. you weren’t getting the colleges mixed up at all you were just caught out spouting horsehit about some clare hurlers supposedly in your mind fucking davy fitz about until it was pointed out to you a limerick player was in essence doing the same thing…which of course you knew about all along.

apologies.

It sounds like an awful wind blowing out there, I hope it doesn’t affect attendance tonight…what are we expecting, 40,000?

that was an l I T and Mary i final

Final on in the Gaelic Grounds so the old ground will be rocking tonight.

Up WIT.

TG4 for showing this

It will keep us ticking over until Brendan O’Connor later.

Noel Gallagher’s on that tonight I heard somewhere, fuck it I’m going to walk into town and have a few pints around 9 clock.

Terrible stuff so far, regardless of the horrible conditions.

Awful conditions for a game of hurling in fairness Harry

WIT are poor enough… I saw them earlier in the year, minus Gleeson, and they were abysmal. I’d say It’s nerves what with playing in front of that monumental crowd.

WIT forwards are woeful.

Austin Gleeson oozes class

Austin Gleeson. :eek::clap:
