True but big difference between indoor and outdoor gatherings. Ventilation in schools would be a key area to reducing the spread of any virus but I haven’t seen it addressed I’m any of the return to school plans.
71k kids went to those bogball camps
So thats a minority of kids
happy to clarify for you all
How many were down at the yacht clubs camps?
we are elitist mate
Lave all the windows open if needs be.
Mary Wilson doing her bit for Project Fear again this evening.
We just got a communication from the principal, generic enough drop from DoE. Clearly states all staff and post primary students will wear masks… Nothing about primary
An absolute disgrace of a broadcaster
We got ours too and I’m delighted with the level of detail given the previous experiences with “facilitation of remote learning”.
I am led to believe that Norma, her fringe and the department are working on a digital plan for all schools
The rarely spotted Stormin’ Norma Foley is apparently in studio to be interviewed live on Prime Time tonight.
Hopefully it is somewhat comprehensive anyway. Or at least some sort of a plan, anything at all would be better than nothing.
I’ve ALMOST got the RTE player working here
Norma’s remit is an evolving situation that is learning on the go and I don’t think it’s fair to be over critical
My parents still haven’t heard anything from my principal.
Norma is some bluffer. Not only is she cogniscant, she is very cogniscant
‘If I could just say…’
In fairness the lad interviewing her is fairly awful too. Just going got sensationalism.
Any word from your principal?
‘Could I just say in the first instance?’
Norma Foley was grand there. Richard Downes went into the interview in a sneery and confrontational way, and he came across as an idiot. Hon Norma.
Oh fuck, here’s McDonkey.
She’s a born politician. Evasive, deflective, insincere like a cardboard cutout of a real person almost.
I’ll give her this much, she didn’t throw anyone else under the bus in panic mode like Stephen Donnelly did to her last week when asked a question not specific to their office
