A mighty man.

Are socialist thinking people not allowed to have money, or is it only right wingers?

They most certainly are. But hypocrites who act like capitalists should be exposed every time they spout socialist bullshit

You’d normally be more critical of our landlord class.

I didn’t realise slightly left of centre politicians were not allowed own houses.

Mildly social democratic people aren’t allowed own shoes.

That would be hypocrisy.

Apart from certain triggers like Premier League, US politics, Irish politics, Limerick hurlers and rural folk, @Massive_Attack seems like a really serene chap.

Re PL…its just one club that are the trigger…

I reckon MDH did a favour for some lads here once

Lots of them.
And pensions.
Lots of them too.

Being a socialist is savage lucrative

He’s a complete hypocrite though. Hammers landlords and capitalists whilst benefiting from that system beyond what is considered ā€œnormalā€. This isn’t being a social democrat.

Loud on talk, little substance there to him his whole career.

I was having a pint in The Oval last March (Roy Curtis Dublin pubs bucket list being ticked off) and was talking to the youngish barman (mid 20s) who served a fine pint. He was from Limerick but had been a student in Galway. His landlord had been a Michael D. of Fairlands (I won’t give the landlord’s surname out of respect for his privacy).

The barman said this Michael D. fella charged very reasonable rent and was the best landlord he ever had.

The labour, soc dem types are all champagne socials. Loads of money in that. Fair bit of virtue signalling too.
