I’ve been extremely irked by football ignorant people today.
One of the first points that has annoyed me is clowns who somehow think Scholes is on the same level as Pirlo. I’m just after reading pages of these deluded fuckwits making this claim on some Man Utd forum. It’s absolute nonsense, Scholes makes speculative punts into space on his right foot when he has space and time, Pirlo can do it off either foot, under any pressure and he plays pinpoint passes into players feet.
The second cause is fuckwits who try and discredit Pirlo for his “laziness” and perceived lack of fitness. Pirlo never sprints because he is smart, he knows to conserve his energy to aid his strengths, which is why the idiot English footballers were out on their feet last night while the great Pirlo was strolling around like the graceful, noble footballing God he is. These idiots who get pent up on “lazy” footballers are usually EPL and Barca fanboys who do not understand the art associated to football. All the best footballers around are smart on the pitch, they conserve their energy and make it count in the influential areas, guys like Pirlo, Rui Costa, Zidane, Totti and Zlatan. Zlatan states in his book that Capello was the coach that had the biggest effect on his career, that it was Capello who told him to conserve his energy to make a difference in the final third. Rooney will never be a world class player because he is brain dead. Messi and all his Barcelona co-horts will never be true greats because they have to work too hard (and use roids) to get to that level.

I am absolutely seething and incandesant with rage at the shambolic way Portugal have exited the Euro’s at the semi-final stage. Bruno Alves taking a penalty before Ronaldo when it was obvious he was the least suitable player on the pitch to step up and score a penalty. Stood to win a nice few quid if Portugal made the final and even more if they won it out…
