I know a lad who played in it. He disappeared off our club side for a few weeks, twas only a few months later somebody spotted him in a photo of the world cup team. He wasn’t homeless like.

I knew of a fella on it too once, same as that, no more homeless. But even if they are homeless, I just don’t understand why they’re being sent to play soccer abroad. Wouldnt the resources be better used, yknow, giving them a home?

All they need covered is the flights. Accommodation for them wouldn’t cost a bob.

Bring a few copies of the Big Issue with them and they could pull in a nice few bob.

I was in a supermarket on the Navan Road today, and what I saw was a disgrace. A gang of about a dozen kids, no older than thirteen, running riot, smashing bottles at the recycling bank, blocking the elevator, shouting abuse at staff and customers, and hurling racist insults at security when they were asked to leave.
If that’s how they behave at this age, what are they going to be like in another five or ten years? It’s genuinely worrying. We’re reaping the results of a generation that’s been left without boundaries or respect for anyone. If this is the direction we’re going as a society, it’s a bleak picture, a place where basic manners, decency, and responsibility have gone completely out the window. All of them were pure bred Dubs.

Dublin has always had scumbags like this running riot.
This generation is no different. Most of them will come to a sticky end before they reach 30, so that helps keep control on things.

For what it’s worth there’s a Garda Station literally across the road.

They’re there years. The security lad there has an awful job

It’s a good bit up the road Tbf. You’d pass Jonathan dowdalls fish tanks on the way.

The boys in the depot would be closer

I’d say John could be an outside shot for the Dublin Central By Election.

To put up posters for someone? Does he have a ladder? If he has a ladder I’d say you could be right.
