His technique has really improved. Stating the obvious but saving penalties is a huge USP for goalkeepers. I think he made up MBappes mind on what side to go for last night. In the replay just before Mbappe strikes the ball there is a subtle weight shift to the other side by Kelleher.

As I think it got into Salahs head a little last night with Courtois. He was a little gassed taking it anyway but he definitely went with more power than he usually does. He usually caresses the ball like he did vs Southampton at the weekend. A goalkeepers reputation can play all kinds of mind games with a striker.
