Theyāre just about getting results against all the dross. Thereās a bad hiding on the way
Playing bottom half teams all season so far. Donāt usually get such an easy start, and managed to fuck up v Forest.
Gravenberch is purring this season. Iām really enjoying the Arne Slot era so far. Great response to the Forest defeat.

Slot is a very canny operator with the media though. Very humble and plays down his achievements thus far. You couldnāt imagine him fixating on a couple of diddy cup wins to paper over the cracks. The improvement in Gravenberch and Lucho is very much in keeping with his work at *Feyenoord.
*Who coincidentally have gone from posting a record points tally last season to only winning 2 of their first 6 league games this term.

Liverpool a much improved team under Slot. Heās taking a lot of the shine off Klopps achievements.

Look at the options on the bench, really strong squad who should be winning the league
If he wins a Premier League and Champions League we can start a conversation then. Havenāt played any of last seasons top 7 yet. Some big games coming up after the international break. Klopp left a fine Liverpool squad for Slot to build upon.

Playing a lovely brand of football now. It is much more sustainable over the course of the season than Klopps style.
In a relatively short space of time heās Liverpool playing a fabulous brand of attacking football. He has improved so many of the players too. Salah looks much happier.
It doesnāt reflect well on the big German. Post the league win Liverpool were seriously inconsistent under him.

Slot could be the Paisley to Kloppās Shankly.
Shankly broke the mould and brought the Reds back to the promised land. Just like Jurgen. Then Paisley came in and won a fuckload of trophies. If Slot wins half of what Bob did, we will be building a new statue in Ratoath.
