That’s a very popular one with fans but I never was overly gone on it. It’s fine but wouldn’t be my favourite.

I was listening to Surfer Rosa earlier and I stuck on Break My Body and of course Where is My Mind and I thought maybe I don’t have a actual favourite one.

Pretty impossible to pick a favourite Pixies track I reckon.

How would you rank the albums? I would go:

  1. Surfer Rosa
  2. Doolittle
  3. Trompe Le Monde
  4. Bossanova

I really like Trompe Le Monde and think it is quite underrated and it is pushing Doolittle close for second place. I think Doolittle is a tad overrated but still pretty brilliant. For me though Surfer Rosa is well out on top.

I didn’t include Come on Pilgrim as it is an EP, although it is bookended by two brilliant songs - Caribou and Levitate Me.
