Whatever was one of their better numbers I must say.

This was mentioned on another thread.

A song about tripping out on drugs linked with someo references to Alice In Wonderland. Superb.

Jefferson Airplane - White Rabbit

One pill makes you larger
And one pill makes you small
And the ones that mother gives you
Don’t do anything at all
Go ask Alice
When she’s ten feet tall

And if you go chasing rabbits
And you know you’re going to fall
Tell 'em a hookah smoking caterpillar
Has given you the call
Call Alice
When she was just small

When men on the chessboard
Get up and tell you where to go
And you’ve just had some kind of mushroom
And your mind is moving slow
Go ask Alice
I think she’ll know

When logic and proportion
Have fallen sloppy dead
And the White Knight is talking backwards
And the Red Queen’s “off with her head!”
Remember what the dormouse said;

Hardly the most original concept in the world.

Farmer described it like he was a concerned mother on nationwide. A great song regardless. The scene in Fear and Loathing where it’s playing over the top is superb. Sheer madness.

Don’t care - smashing tune.

Not a bad shout there from the snob…

Here’s some Otis, some voice…

Since when has there ever been a concerned mother on Nationwide?

And how did I describe it like that?

Poor.

A classic, truly

YouTube - Tracy Chapman - Talkin bout a revolution[/quote]

Excellent album that.

I posted Fast Car on here before and Puke drew comparisons between Tracy Chapman and Gareth Brooks.

‘A song about tripping out on drugs’? Yes farmer that is how an old woman would describe it.

Sorry.

I bow to your superior, ‘with it’, slang

You may well enjoy the tune, just wondering how important the concept was to you because you were implying that was superb. I find it a touch boring as an idea.
