Jaysus. That’s horrendous. Reminds me of a movement in China when I was there. Loads of Chinese complained about how the ones who got famous were the ‘big-eyed’ I.e. more western looking Chinese and how the very slitty eyed were often overlooked.

Brian Eno must have had a big part in that song. It’s brilliant.

It’s a great album farmer. One I go to very often.

I am a recent convert. And I agree - it’s superb.

The albums credits Bryan Ferry as sole songwriter, arrangements by Roxy Music and producer Pete Sinfield

Maybe I’m being unfair on Mr Ferry.

I’d say you are. I’d generally consider side 1 of that record to be the Bryan Ferry side and side 2 to be the Eno side and side 1 is is better in my opinion
