Over 23 frames you’re going to play the odd loose shot. Ding would have beaten almost anybody else the way he played overall

I missed the middle session in fairness, but I thought Ding was poor tonight. Bad safety and made a hames of a few opportunities, particularly a couple of bad missed blacks from Ronnie.

In the main, the standard has been very high all tournament. This is awful stuff though. Worst match I’ve seen.
