So the bha contacted the Ihrb three times about betting irregularities before the redwood queen race and the ihrb didn’t even call a stewards enquiry afterwards

Heard Henry’s horse is very good in the bumper. He was told out of Ian Donghues.
The stewards have no power in Irish N.H racing.
