Thatโ€™s now Milan, Fiorentina and Roma in the process of building new stadiums with renovations already underway In Udine and the San Paolo also set to be renovated.

Is the San Siro owned by local government or do I have that wrong?

Yes, most Italian stadiums are.

Yes, plans having been announced to build. The red tape will be the tricky part though. Emirates will be bankrolling a large amount of this according to reports.
