Milan have announced plans for a new 48,000 seater stadium. Hope Inter remain at the San Siro, it’s the most atmospheric stadium in the world.

That’s now Milan, Fiorentina and Roma in the process of building new stadiums with renovations already underway In Udine and the San Paolo also set to be renovated.

Yes, plans having been announced to build. The red tape will be the tricky part though. Emirates will be bankrolling a large amount of this according to reports.
