Ultimately, lads that don’t post on the forum need to go. There are thousands of NFL run leagues they can join if they are just looking for a league with no interaction.
How about a fair go for everyone?
Give every member on the three Divisions the chance to opt in to a restructuring process during the close season. That way we can monitor activity and willingness over the coming season.

I’ve fuck all interest in trying to get anything going now. It’s gone to shit. Lads get relegated, quit and then end up being put back in the league they were relegated from. Non posting members being retained. Let the season play out and if people want change or whatever, so be it, I’ll fall in with whatever. But I served my time as commissioner and tried to warn of this very issue 7 months ago but was shot down. It is what it is. Just hope we get a good draft night and the league goes well for the season.
