He wonāt. He had to restrain a very large and drugged up individual and he did it as he was shown in training and while a crowd of people were shouting at him. It mustāve been a very scary incident for him and clearly it affected his judgement and as a result he knelt too long on the manās chest/throat area.

Actually, Chauvinās weight of 140lbs has been mentioned several times. The prosecution should have thrown out a set of scales and asked him to stand on them. No way that guy is only 10 stone.

Thatās what was reported in the courtroom, heās 5-9 and slim looking, so Iād say a reasonable range for that profile would be 130-150 lb.

Below is the type of vehicle Floyd was restrained beside. Itās almost 6ft See below!! (59.2in) high.
Chauvinās head is easily above the lights at back which are easily higher than 3 ft off the ground. See bottom pic. Just rough calculations but if heās 5ā 9" Iām 28 years old.
