they’re all going to the same location and in most cases have a designated car park when they get there. if you took 30 people that drive in my home place they genuinely could be 10 miles apart and going anywhere from limerick to ennis

at times, when he is dropping his son with special needs he needs to drive

what if someone in rural ireland has a son with special needs but there is no car in the pool ? what if there is a child who needs to go to hospital? what if there is any sort of an emergency with an elderly relative.

Everybody in rural Ireland NEEDS a car and in the majority of cases, if there is family and kids, NEEDS two

Rural Ireland, like every other rural part of earth, relies on cars. Fix the urban situation where car journeys are pointless or unnecessary 90% of the time

That’s not really true now is it. I’ve seen plenty of rural England and there isn’t a sinner about that isn’t a farmer.

If we stop single build houses and build around towns and villages there’s so much benefits for the people and the environment. It’s much easier develop a good public transport system.
