The Weather Thread

No research needed pal, these are things would should know if you lived in Ireland.

By the way, it is very entertaining to see you clamp yourself

:grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

To be fair, PX is talking about agricultural land prices which are higher in Limerick. Galway city house prices would be way above Limerick City and the county would be a marginally above limerick county.

Facts are here

Galway and Limerick should be uniting against the pale. When the likes of Ardrahan is by-passed fully soon hopefully some economies of scale could be generated for the West.

Can you read them?

Perfectly on iPhone 6.

So you see that Galway City prices are around 70k more than Limerick and Galway county are higher by 3k. How do these facts back up your argument?

The Golden Vale isn’t in Limerick city last time I checked.

Looks like @maroonandwhite has been talking shite again.

  1. It’s maroonandbans point on south Galway property prices being highest outside Dublin. You can determine from the graphic if that is or is not the case.

Hint: it’s not the case.

Maroonandwhite getting a pasting here

I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt here and say that he meant to type nineteenth instead of NEXT here.

Turns out i forgot to add cork to the pale as higher house prices, original post amended

There was a noticeable frost in the Sonoran desert region overnight. Dry, but cold. Crisis averted - it’s over 20C here now.

Its incredibly easy to wind up the freaks and d4 fags on this forum, and not one normal poster taken in. I have this down to a fine art form.

Typical… Us Corkonians don’t mind tho, we know we live in affluence.

99% of people in Kinvara have no flooding issues. Parts of Ballindereen, Gort, Ardrahan, Craughwell and Peterswell and north into Clare are badly flooded. In the vast majority of cases its fields that have been submerged but there are quite a few with sheds and pits flooded also.

Gort mart will be busy in the coming weeks id say. I am sure the boys from the midlands are rubbing their hands.

Yeah, the poor fuckers will have no choice but to offload animals.

Saw some other pics of the pitch in Inistiogue today. Some fools to go and spend a fortune on a development complex when they knew it flooded like fuck.
