I just didn’t realise it until recently.

Did four albums too many though, the last three of which were ridiculously poor.

Try 5 or 6
Which ones specifically mate?
Everything after green, with exceptions made for individual songs
Was Monster their last decent album?

Was reading VIP in the doctors there today. Gerald Kean loves listening to his favourite band, REM, on the jukebox in the cinema of his palatial home, Drayton Manor

Ah Christ.
@artfoley that is a criticism often laid at REM’s door. What you make of albums prior to Green?
That would be Up in my opinion.
Monster has two of my favourite REM songs in What’s the Frequency Kenneth and Let Me In. Apart from those it is pretty, pretty average.
Lisa expresses her horror at the rest of Monster…Gerald seems happy enough with it.

Got the Freedom of Castleblayney today.
It’d have to be some sort of ensemble fusion supergroup:
Vocals - Mick jagger
Vocals - Bob Marley
Vocals - Mos Def
Vocals/lead guitar - Jimi Hendrix
Guitar - Keith Richards
Vocals/piano - Damon Alburn
Bass - Flea
Drums - Topper Headon
Lads, not for this band, my new one:
The Phenidates
What d’yis reckon?
Any suggestions? I want to play our first gig in a month so I need something asap
The … is done to death, pal… The old names are coming back, i.e Bobby Trout and the fish fingers etc etc.
