Legendary drummer ie the greatest drummer of them all, Buddy Rich, taught Mel Brooks the drums for 6 months when he was a kid and also was a black belt in karate. I am listening to a Buddy Rich record now.

It is. A bird that learnt Russian and went out to the region mid 90’s to study and teach and travelled around a bit. Works for the BBC. I’ve an awful habit of starting and leaving books though, need to get back into it.

London installed knife surrender bins that they had to get rid of because criminals stole the knifes from the bins.

Has London really gone to the dogs in terms of criminality or are the stats on a level trend and this is part of the right-wing conditioning?

there’s stabbings most days, another lad murdered in Brixton today, 18 years of age, hardly makes the news anymore
