Carol Hersee was the daughter of a BBC engineer. It was she who appeared as the little girl in the familiar BBC Test Card.

Jon Kenny (of D’Unbelievables fame) was in a glam-rock band called Gimik who supported The Bay City Rollers on their 1976 Irish tour.

Correct. Gerard Murphy from Kilmallock played the drums. Think the O’Sullivans from Handipak were in it as well.
