Thank God for the famine. Going by 1841 figures Galway and Cork would be sharing most of All Irelands between them. @maroonandwhite and the Cork cunts would be fucking insufferable.

Hmmmm

Mayo had 395k . Sweet Jesus

Sorry. Wrong man

I suppose all us country folk are the same to you.

Some of my best friends are country folk!

Can’t say fairer than that.

A lot less Tippos now.

He’s probably furiously scrabbling through the meaningless birthday cards searching hungrily for the one from Paddy Power.

Long term the famine was the best thing to ever happen ireland but you won’t hear too many admit it.

The figures for Leitrim are fairly staggering. Without delving too deeply I’d say the biggest thin-out occurred here. The current figure of 30k is up from 24k in the 90’s.

We lost about 120k goin by that.Easy enough to see when you’re in the countryside and see all the old abandoned houses everywhere. Each of them houses probably had 8 to 10 people in them.

Giving you an “informative rating” for that.

Tipp and Mayo having bigger populations than Dublin is hard to imagine

Sure youd want your head examined to want to live in Dublin
