Thats a really interesting map in so far as Chileā€™s territory separates a section of Argentina from its main landmass in the South.

What you are describing is an exclave and Iā€™m guessing it doesnā€™t really qualify as Argentinian territorial waters link both sections. There would be lots of other better contenders, Alaska probably the most obvious example, but even that has a boundary with international waters rather than being completely surrounded.
