Thats a really interesting map in so far as Chileās territory separates a section of Argentina from its main landmass in the South.

What you are describing is an exclave and Iām guessing it doesnāt really qualify as Argentinian territorial waters link both sections. There would be lots of other better contenders, Alaska probably the most obvious example, but even that has a boundary with international waters rather than being completely surrounded.
