Heard a great story about Mullane about 10 years ago at a game in Thurles. Ended up sitting beside a Waterford fella who was his neighbour. Filled us in on his mad antics.

Apparently Mullane was a big Celtic and Everton supporter. However when he heard the news that Walter Smith was appointed Everton manager he got all his Everton stuff in a big heap on the estate green and set it on fire.

Heard him on the radio a few weeks ago talking about Higuita and Jorge Campos during a league game. Brian Carthy hasn’t a breeze what he was talking about.

That was a funny segment

Lads, if you pretend to have an interest in Irish or bringing your kids up through Irish you can get a load of books sent to you for free. No messing, for fucking FREE. And then you can burn them or use them as bogroll or anything.
