Seriously wild salmon is lovely, sounds poncy to say it but it has so much more flavour and better colour than the other stuff.
Is it legal?
Wild Salmon is unreal…You need a licence to catch them alright but sure fuck that…one of my mates dropped in some earlier…he caught a couple of them today over in Annacotty.
