The whole north of Luxembourg was underwater yesterday morning. Lots of places in the south as well, many people I know had the low floors of their houses flooded. Fierce damage all over the place. Echternach (pop around 5,000) was evacuated yesterday afternoon. Theyā€™ve never seen anything like it here.
