They havenāt had a real leader since Kompany retired. Fernandinho maybe but he is 36, he would have been captain had he started.
Dias is probably best placed to fill that spot Iād say.
In fairness to Sterling, he has often been the fella to lead them on the pitch over the last few years. Lots of important goals and the first goal in important games iirc. Dont think he hides or goes to shit half as much as some of the others.

Iām reminded of the Starbucks āChristmasā controversy a few years ago. Starbucks had decided that they wouldnāt use the word Christmas in their cafes in the US. Big controversy, US conservatives were going mad. One guy achieved Internet fame by giving his name as Christmas so theyād have to shout it out when they gave him his coffee. The US liberals were loving how Starbucks were standing by their principles. Starbucks values dude.
When you went to Starbucks on Stephenās Green the first thing it said on the front door was āWelcome to Starbucks - The Home of Christmasā.
