Thought it was boring enough and predictable.
The complete ignoring of the end of the last episode and tyrianns fate is a little bizarre and annoying.
And ye don’t have to tell me why they did it, it’s just it’s annoying.
After a 1000 years the nights watch are down to about 50 men- If that doesn’t concern you then I don’t know what will---- Worrying about a dwarves head and the north about to fall to Mance and his wildlings
Splendid episode, excellent production values once again, the panning shot across the castle as the hand to hand combat was breaking out was up there with anything they’ve done on this show so far, easily on a par with the Blackwater episode in Season 2. I gave up on the books half way through the next one, so will be interesting to see where the producers take it from here.
His attitude sums up that of those in Kings Landing. Playing the Game of Thrones when the Wildings and Walkers are at the Wall. They need help, but others are caught up in their own affairs.

Where will the help come from…
Them dragons will have to get stuck in. All hands to the pump
“Night gathers, and now my watch begins. It shall not end until my death. I shall take no wife, hold no lands, father no children. I shall wear no crowns and win no glory. I shall live and die at my post. I am the sword in the darkness. I am the watcher on the walls. I am the shield that guards the realms of men. I pledge my life and honor to the Night’s Watch, for this night and all the nights to come.”
