Lovely.
I assume there were diddys on show?
12 minutes 20 odd seconds in
What channel and when is the new series on in this part of the world? I want to watch the dragons and diddys on the big screen rather than on a laptop.
It was shown on Sky Atlantic on Monday.
SKY Atlantic

Cheers lads, have just gone and stuck the rest of the season on record, I’ll catch a repeat of episode 1.
Has anyone read the books? At the rate they’re coming it looks like the series will have overtaken the books before he gets to the end of them…
Read up to the Red Wedding, then just stopped caring. Might go back to it, but apparently the last two books were fairly shit so maybe not.
Yeah they got very samey. The last two books didn’t move the plot on very much (hard to see how he’ll finish it in two more) and the same plot techniques repeated themselves. Again, it will be interesting to see if HBO can light a fire under him to finish up before the series overtakes him. Or what they’ll do if he doesn’t.
HBO are said to have a contingency arranged with the author in case something along those lines happens I believe.
Interesting. In that case there would almost have to be divergence otherwise the books coming after would be redundant.
The contingency is if the author kicks it before he finishes the books.
Isn’t he a “fellow” in Trinity or something like that? He plays the part brilliantly, a right horrible little prick.
I gave up on the books half way through a A Feast for Crows, made the mistake of trying to plow through them all one after the other and it just got too fucking bizarre. Think I might go back and give FFC another go though, the first two episodes of this season have whet my appetite for it again.
Two episodes in and nothing has happened. This really is one of those series you are better off watching as a box set
They really are slow burners from here on in if they stay true to the books…As each book went on the amount of plots and characters just kept multiplying and diluted every story and major action.
It’s probably going to be one of those series alright. Would be far better to wait and watch a few episodes together… but I’m curious and too darn impatient!!!
“The King in the North, the King in the North”
Read the first book and almost finished the second now. Bit of a slow burner with the first two episodes of the tv show so far in season three. Jack Gleeson is excellent as Joffrey, as is Aidan Gillen as Littlefinger.
I was not expecting that ending this week.
just watched fookin hell
