Whatâs the story with Moneygall in Tipp? Are they banned from playing for 2 weeks?
Similarly Ger Oakleyâs old club Carrig/Riverstown which is definitely on Tipp side of border, are they allowed play in Offaly with this new normal

But the soccer pitch, only a few hundred metres away, is in Offaly, so no ball
