Surely the next thing on the list. He’s not a GAA man from the article I read but it’s a simple and clever thing he could do that he’d get a load of enjoyment from. The more I think about it, Magnier will make it up and bring him into the tent. He puts up with Tabor like.

Was wondering that, the mafia in Fethard usually keep this stuff very low and now it’s national news.

I wouldn’t like to see it do anyway, be no good for a town whatever about Magnier. I just saw that on Twitter, that he might try and do something odd with it to mess up the hotel.
Regan needs to buy Dundrum House and turn it into a Carton House type resort.

Someone needs to buy land out past Tesco and turn it into one of those staycity type apart hotels. Charge €100 a night and the place would be full. The town would take off. Only hotel in town is the palace.

Theres room for a couple of proper hotels in Tipp.
Ballykisteen has a bit of a monopoly on functions now with Dundrum out of action but I don’t think its operating anywhere close to its potential either.
Ballykisteen will be in a great spot if the racecourse gets a lot of meetings. Need to market the shit of that cos it’s so accessible by the train.
Something for Maurice Regan to get his teeth stuck into hopefully.
