Brady also didnāt shake Elis hand after either superbowl loss too. Nor did Peyton shake Brees hand when the Saints beat the Colts. Iām sure itās happened plenty of times where most people donāt give a shit either. Like some managers who prefer to meet up after a game rather than the immediate aftermath.
Butler spent two weeks moping and phoning it in on the practice field. You canāt do that in the lead up to a superbowl no matter who you are. Butler while a solid corner wasnāt exactly Primetime either
He wasnāt, but from what I recall I think he was one of the highest counts of snaps on the field for the defence that season. That Foles threw 400 yards or whatever and Rowe was not changed once all game is ridiculous. Butler didnāt have one snap on defence all game when neither side could get a stop. If the defence was going well, then fair enough. But Foles carved them open and yet they didnāt put one of their best players on defence in. He wasnāt Prime, for sure, but he was better than Eric Rowe.
Brady only the second QB to have more than one 5000 yard season. Heās the first to do it with two different teams and in both conferences. Leads the league over the last two years in 20+ yard completionsā¦
The greatest. Of any sport.
Its a sad day but it was a pleasure to bear witness to it every Sunday. There is a lot to be said to going out on your own terms in the full of your health.
