While in not denying that people got greedy during the Celtic Tiger, I think the issue now is the preferential tax treatment for the vulture funds as opposed to foreigners buying properties.

Really enjoying AH’s current offering of Striking Out.
Wonderfully realistic and gritty storyline with fabulous acting performances from the entire cast.

It’s fairly brutal alright, I couldn’t bring myself to continue from half way through episode 2.
The Sherlock finale was very good I thought. Watched it in the cinema and it looked well on the big screen.
