Tonight's TV - Continuation of earlier drivel

@carryharry
its an incredible film
tremendously sad i must say - the way it is shot with him giving his thoughts to the viewer is good.
that scene where he got all showered to go out for a pint and end up just sitting in a local on his own with 2 men and a dog was stark i thought

there are many lads like that

I brought the wife on our first date to the cinema to see it when released.
Was a smart move on my part, it opened her eyes to exactly what a good thing she was onto.

An incredible piece of Film tbh, it is truly sad but entirely correct in its depiction of rural Ireland.

Vintage Brendan Grace here on Virgin One.

Alan “Quinnie” Quinlan told this very gag in Lansdowne FC before the the England rugby match.

FAR QUEUE!!!

Martin from Sligo on the new Alan Partridge show has a mighty voice.

Mighty

Very good.

Is Coogan’s old doll from Mayo?

:man_shrugging:

After a slow start I think the last two episodes of this have been excellent, particularly last night’s one

Coogan at his best is really brilliant.

That’s as good a piece of comedy as you will see.

You can turn on Laochra Gael now. They’ve shown the five goals in 2007.

And Dan got none.

It took me a minute but I had a hearty giggle then.

Got an update on the traveller chap who got the scholarship to Belvo in 2012. Inspirational story.

What’s happening for him now?
