:strokechin:
Who was she?
I heard good reports about this. Hopefully itâll be on TG4 player. As was mentioned, those inside a team documentaries are often fascinating.
It was okay Tallback, not exceptional.
I think an hour is never long enough for these documentaries tbh. They give very little time to the last group game which in essence was what you wait for.
As usual a very competent production by TG4 for i assume was a very small budget.
Ryle the dickhead Nugent in RTE should be ashamed of himself that an Irish language station is making a laughing stock of the Mainstream station in its sports broadcasting.
Well done yet again TG4
I agree harry, our âNational Broadcasterâ should be ashamed of themselves. I was watching the 6pm news on Sunday along came the sport. plenty of soccer and at the end of the sport they referred to the GAA action and the Tyrone county winners, and after that said a full round up of all the club action today can be found on RTE.ie. Onto the website and nothing!! Checked the next day and this is what they had http://www.rte.ie/sport/gaa/football/2012/1007/340684-round-up-sundays-county-football-finals/
Pathetic,
would lke to make a complaint really but thereâs no contacts on the websiteâŚ
If you PM Larryduff he should be able to pass on your complaint. He is in regular contact with Ryle Nugent.
You could also address your complaint to Tadhgh Peavoy, an RTE sport online blogger and regular TFK lurker.
I think there was some speculation that a longer version (2.5 hour?) dvd might come out for Xmas. Apparently there was a lot of footage taken and it had to be edited down for TG4.
I quite like the show Trivia on RTE 1 - season finale coming up in the next few minutes. I rather fancy this Aisling Bea lady and the lead character was in The 51 a few weeks ago so heâs alright by me too.
That Aisling Bea was very attractive on Brendan OâConnorâs show the other night too. One to watch, according to her tweet box she has a few racy scenes in tonightâs episode.
Some crowd of maundering cunts on BBC Newsnight wringing their hands about Jimmy Saville. Theyâre as bad as the Church.
I find it quite nauseating that even something as horrific as child abuse is openly used for point scoring against the BBC by rest of the right wing press. Paedophilia at the BBC is a News Corp editorâs fantasy.
Bad and all as this place is at times at least you donât see people using paedophilia for cheap point scoring
Ruby not too happy with the questions heâs being asked on RTE2 now. All going well over everyone elses head. McCrirrick asking a few decent questions for a change and Rubys nose seriously out of joint. Hugely entertaining stuff.
Youâd like to think weâre better than the Daily Mail.
She doesnât even go here!
Huh? There was no-one from News Corp there. Anyway this sounds suspiciously like those people who used to trivialise child abuse by the Church by saying that it was an agenda pushed by anti-clericals.
If youâre equating the endemic and essentially institutionalised rape of children that took place in the catholic church over a period of decades with the abuses perpetrated by Jimmy Saville, then youâre the one doing the trivialsing pal.
What?
Point me to where I was equating the two wtb?
