Top 10 Irish Restaurants (that spidey visited in a week )

Yeah it’s a nice spot. Probably slightly overpriced for what it is. If it was me and it was a quick dinner before a few drinks I think I would prefer cirillos.

Brookwood is nice for a ricki lake.

Grand is right but overpriced as Tum says but everywhere in that area is.

Is langkawi still going?

@TreatyStones if you’re staying close to Baggot street I highly recommend Dada on South William street. It’s a Moroccan restaurant and would cater to a man of your exotic tastes. I’d be surprised if you couldn’t get a table for 2 early evening on Saturday.

Bang is absolutely unremarkable. I’d rather eat at Eddie rockets and have a few pints.

It was too obvious.
Bang wouldn’t survive in most cities imho. Its a sure sign that Ireland is awash with money.

Wonder what poster will head to Bang on Saturday evening at 7pm to get a few photos of @TreatyStones and his other half ating their dinner.

While I’m across in Hugo’s taking photos of them

I was in The Chophouse last Saturday evening with @Cesc4 and our respective life partners before attending We Will Rock You in the BGE Theatre.

Host Joe was in fine form with his comical but not exaggerated incredibly strong Donegal accent and he treated us to a delicious pre-starter black pudding concoction. I then had the prawns to start and the ribeye for mains.

Literally just after our mains had arrived, the restaurant was plunged into total darkness. The electricity had gone in the locality and the staff said it was the third Saturday in a row it happened. They said they were unaffected on one of the two previous occasions but The Olde Spot down the road had to cancel bookings.

We were able to eat under candlelight but others were arriving in for sittings and there was no sign of the electricity coming back. We had to leave for the show and Joe was regretfully turning punters away. He was ringing up nearby restaurants on their behalf to see if people could be accommodated, just like the pro he is.

But what’s going on in Dublin? Our water is unsafe when it rains in Leixlip and now there’s regularly no electricity in Dublin 4.

It’s time to send Fine Gael packing.

Was Google HQ affected?

Those were the days of our lives, yeah
The bad things in life were so few
Those days are all gone now but one thing’s still true
When I look and I find, I still love you
I still love you

I don’t know, but the traffic lights at the junction of Shelbourne Road, Haddington Road, South Lotts Road and that other road were out.

Ah shur anyone could have done that at the 7’s a few years back

I think it was Joe himself who pulled the plug. He wanted to get over to Boyle’s to catch the 7:30 in Wolverhampton
